The FBI and city of New Orleans has opened a Family Assistance Center for survivors and family members of the victims of the Bourbon St. attack on New Year's Day.
It offers in-person information and assistance from 11 a.m. through 7 p.m.
"This space is open for those individuals who were present at the Bourbon Street attack, even if they were not physically injured," the city announced.
It offers crisis assistance, financial help, mental health services, and even legal and housing assistance.
The assistance center is at 701 Loyola Ave., but people who cannot visit are asked to fill out the online Victim Questionnaire or call (504) 355-0846 for more information.
More help can be found at the city's Crime Survivors web page or the FBI's Bourbon Street Attack Victim Resources page.
