A star-studded weekend is planned at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans as FAN EXPO takes over for a three-day event celebrating the more fantastical elements of pop culture.
Headliners who will appear to meet and greet fans and sign autographs include iconic Star Trek star William Shatner and New Orleans native Anthony Mackie, the new Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Previously called Wizard World New Orleans, the convention will still offer up the type of fare that laid the groundwork for its success, with a “world-class Artist Alley” featuring comic book artists and writers from across multiple genres, as well as famous cosplayers eager to share their costuming secrets.
