The New Orleans Police Department is looking for a man who pulled off two armed robberies minutes apart today in different parts of town.
Around 11:45 Wednesday morning, police say the person in the images above robbed someone at the intersection of Rosary and Wilton drives in Gentilly. The robber tried to take the victim's car but was unsuccessful. The culprit arrived and left in a dark-colored sedan.
Barely 15 minutes later, the same sedan rolled up in the 9000 block of Palmetto in New Orleans' Dixon neighborhood. There, the gunman stole a black 2018 Ford Mustang and fled the scene.
