The second victim in a late night shooting in the Medical District has died, and New Orleans police continue to search for clues in the case.
It happened around 9:20 p.m. on North Miro Street near St. Louis Street and the Lafitte Greenway.
According to the NOPD's major offense log, the victims were sitting inside a car when someone walked up and shot them. EMS took both victims to the hospital. One victim died Saturday night. The other died early Sunday morning.
