A violent night in New Orleans grows even more violent as police are investigating two more shooting in the city.
The latest happened around 8:15 p.m. Monday on Loyola Avenue near Harmony Street in Central City. Police say a man was shot multiple times in that incident. Police learned of the shooting after someone drove the victim to a hospital.
About an hour before that, police responded to another call from a hospital after a man arrived at the facility to seek treatment for his wounds.
Police are still trying to figure out where that shooting took place.
These shootings come just hours after five people were shot, one mortally, at two locations in the Seventh Ward.
