The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a deadly car crash in Algiers.
That crash happened around 4:45 p.m. on General Meyer at Aurora Drive.
According to an NOPD spokesperson, two cars were involved in that crash. The occupants of both cars were taken to the hospital. One of those people later died. Police did not say if the deceased was a driver or a passenger.
The crash remains under investigation.
