Update: The overturned 18-wheeler is now upright and all lanes on I-10 from Metairie and from the Westbank. Traffic is still delayed but moving.
Traffic is at a standstill on I-10 eastbound at Poydras exit due to an overturned 18-wheeler.
The overturned tractor-trailer has traffic at a standstill on I-10 eastbound traffic coming in from Metairie. Traffic coming westbound from the Westbank on US 90B West is also stopped at the Claibourne-Superdome flyover ramp.
Traffic congestion on the Crescent City Connection Bridge is at a stop and delays have reached past Lafayette Street on the Westbank. Traffic from Metairie is being diverted off the interstate at Claiborne exit.
