Pearl Jam, the Dave Matthews Band, and Lenny Kravitz are among this year's headliners on the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival schedule.
Jazz Fest officials released the official 2025 lineup at noon on Wednesday. The roster of performers includes a wide variety of musicians ranging from rock, jazz, reggae, country, funk, and soul to Zydeco, Cajun, swamp pop, and various other world genres.
The first weekend, which runs from April 24 through April 27, will include headlining performances by the Dave Matthews Band, Li'l Wayne and the Roots, Kacey Musgraves, and John Fogerty. Harry Connick, Jr., Brandford Marsalis, and Kermit Ruffins are among the local jazz icons who will perform during the opening weekend. Stanley Clarke, Babyface, Gladys Knight, and Cheap Trick will also play during the opening weekend of the festival.
Kravitz and Pearl Jam will be joined by the likes of Santana, Patti LeBelle, Cage the Elephant, Joan Jett, and Luke Combs in the second weekend of the festival. The Wailers, Morris Day and the Time, and Grammy-winning Zydeco acts Terrence Simien and the Zydeco Experience and Chubby Carrier and the Bayou Swamp Band will also perform on the second weekend.
