The New Orleans Police Department says a man was killed early Saturday when a vehicle ran over him.
The incident happened in New Orleans East, in the 11000 block of Lincoln Beach Road.
Police say New Orleans EMS paramedics pronounced the 60-year-old man dead on the scene.
The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with NOPD fatality investigators.
NOPD says it has a drone in the area to assist in the investigation.
