Phase 3 includes Nail Salons, Tattoo and Massage Parlors

ALBANY, N.Y. (WBEN) - New York State has begun releasing guidelines for Phase Three reopening.  In addition to indoor retail, personal care businesses will be permitted to reopen.

Tattoo, piercing, massage parlors and nail salons will be included along with more services at beauty salons.

New York State has issued the rules and guidance for phase 3 businesses. This includes indoor restaurants, tattoo, piercing and massage parlors, and nail and other beauty salons. All businesses must have a written safety plan. More: https://t.co/U5YQGTzvMd

Phase Three will also include indoor seating at restaurants. In order for a business to reopen, each business must have a written safety plan to keep employees and customers safe.

Western New York could enter Phase Three next Tuesday, June 16.
