Police in Plaquemines Parish posted a warning about speeding, urging motorists to slow down to avoid hitting alligators.
The sheriff's office posted video of a big gator in the road.
"This is nature’s warning to watch your speed, observe the speed limits and be cognizant of your surroundings!" PPSO posted.
"This speed bump was observed patrolling in the Port Sulphur area. Be careful out there!"
