Rapper JayDaYoungan aka Javorius Smith, 23, has been arrested for a second time in a month.
The rapper was taken into custody in Washington Parish.
Smith is facing charges of switched license plates, driving without proof of insurance, a second violation of child restraint, illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of someone under 17-years-old, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with weapons present, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule II narcotic, obstruction of justice and contempt of court.
Just a month earlier Smith was arrested in Tangipahoa Parish and charged with second degree murder and obstruction of justice for his alleged role in a killing that took place on Roseland Trailride.

As JayDaYoungan, Smith has a record deal with Atlantic Records, more than two-million Instagram followers and 170-million streams on Spotify.
No bond has been set.
