New Orleans’ Broadmoor District has become home to two carjackings on the same street.
The latest incident took place Tuesday night on Napoleon between Miro and Tonti.
The female victim told police an armed suspect took her keys, got into her car and fled the scene.
The previous incident happened just two weeks earlier on Napoleon between Rocheblave and Dorgenois, just two blocks away from the latest incident occurred.
In the earlier incident, a 55-year-old victim was sitting in her car when a man with a gun approached and told her to get out of the vehicle.
In both incidents no description of the carjacker, type of vehicle or license plate number was released.
