The city of New Orleans has lifted parking restrictions due to the severe weather and a flash flood watch.
Residents in New Orleans can now move their vehicles to higher ground on the neutral ground.
Neutral ground parking is extended until 6:00 p.m. as storms with heavy rain are possible throughout the day.
