A former Jesuit priest is under arrest for a second time and facing additional charges related to voyeurism and sexual assault.
Stephen Sauer has also been relieved of his position as the head of Arc of New Orleans, a non-profit organization that serves the mentally disabled of the area, in December of last year after he was initially charged with five counts of voyeurism and one count of sexual battery.
