New Orleans Police report a woman was shot in the Lower Ninth Ward.
The early morning shooting took place near the intersection of Deslonde and N. Miro Streets around 12:30am.
The woman sustained a gunshot wound to the arm and was transported to the hospital by EMS.
New Orleans Police have not released any other details.
