New Orleans Police say bullets were flying Friday Night in New Orleans East.
"The NOPD is investigating an Aggravated Battery by Shooting in the 12000 block of the I-10 Service Road," Officer Reese Harper said in a news release.
It happened just before 10:00pm.
"Initial reports show that a man sustained at least one gunshot wounds to his body. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital."
There was no word on the victim's condition.
