The New Orleans Police Department announced the arrest of a man wanted for an alleged homicide and three juveniles wanted for a series of alleged carjackings in the city.
The arrests happened between March 6 through 21.
According to an NOPD report, Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested 20-year-old Bobby Cash.
Cash had outstanding warrants in Orleans Parish for charges including attempted second-degree murder, two counts of aggravated criminal damage to property, two counts of illegal use of a weapon, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of possession of marijuana, one count of possession of crack cocaine, one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin, one count of aggravated second-degree battery and 11 counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, said the report.
Authorities say the warrants stem from alleged shootings in January and February throughout the St. Roch area.
Three juveniles were also arrested on a string of alleged armed robberies and carjackings.
According to the report, a 17-year-old juvenile male was arrested on 27 outstanding warrants for incidents including vehicle burglaries.
NOPD also arrested a 14-year-old juvenile male and a 16-year-old juvenile male for armed robbery, illegal possession of the stolen property.
Police also arrested 38-year0old Marvin Legendre for two alleged armed robberies on North Broad Street.
