Slidell Police have recovered guns, drugs and at least $30-thousand dollars from a motel room.
It began March 9th with an illegally parked car at a motel.
Police found the driver in possession of the illicit items, including a rifle, a semiautomatic firearm, drugs and cash.
The firearms also had their serial numbers scratched off.
A search of the man's room turned up a second suspect who was also arrested according to Slidell PD, they are facing similar charges.
