The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office says it is looking for an art thief.
Investigators say they have arrested one New Orleans man, 27-year-old Mark Ostrager, and are looking for an alleged accomplice, in the theft of a painting from an Arabi business.
The painting, titled "Dueling Oak New Orleans City Park," is valued at $7,500. It has been recovered and returned to its rightful owner.
Investigators remain on the lookout for 35-year-old Harley Brown. The sheriff's office says Brown is also known to go by the name Harley Phillips.
