One of rock-and-roll’s iconic performers and a hip-hop star of the early 2000s will headline this year’s Endymion Parade and Extravaganza.

Sting will take top billing for this year’s event, scheduled for February 10. Rapper Flo Rida will also return to the extravaganza for the third time.

As a member of the Police, Sting scored numerous hits, including “Roxanne,” “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic,” and “Every Breath You Take,” Billboard’s year-end number one song for 1983. As a solo artist, Sting returned to the pop chart with “If You Love Somebody Set Them Free,” “If I Ever Lose My Faith in You,” and “Fields of Gold.” In 1993, Sting, along with Rod Stewart and Bryan Adams, topped the Billboard pop chart with “All for Love,” a song from the Three Musketeers soundtrack.

In all, Sting has won 17 Grammy Awards and has sold 100 million records. In 2003, he and the rest of the Police were inducted into Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame.

Flo Rida burst onto the scene in 2007, when his debut single “Low” topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 10 weeks and broke a record for digital downloads.
He later returned to the top of the chart in 2009 with “Right Round,” a collaboration with Ke$ha, and in 2012 with “Whistle.” This will be Flo Rida’s third time performing at Endymion. He performed at the 2017 and 2019 extravaganzas.

The Mixed Nuts, the Wiseguys, and Groovy 7 will also perform during this year’s event, which will be dedicated to Endymion founder and captain Ed Muniz, who died earlier this year.

Tickets for the extravaganza are now available for purchase by calling 504-736-0160.
