Carroll has an active warrant for second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, and possessing a weapon/firearm on school property.

Carroll is wanted for the shooting that happened Wednesday, Oct. 13 on campus near the T.H. Harris Auditorium around 1:30 am according to LSP.

“The initial investigation revealed that there was a shooting on campus in which eight victims were shot. One victim has been pronounced dead and the other victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Of the eight victims, one is a current student at Grambling,” says an LSP report.

Police say Carroll is wanted for the Oct. 13 shooting, which they believe is separate from another campus shooting that happened on Sunday, Oc. 17.

GSU Police have increased security on campus in wake of the two shootings. News outlets report four people were arrested on Tuesday when campus police officers were alerted. The men were arrested on possession of marijuana and gun charges.
