A most wanted fugitive from Tennessee is suspect of possibly hiding out in New Orleans.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and the Kingsport Police Department have put out a warning for Zachery Felton.
Felton is wanted on counts of First Degree Murder, Vandalism of a Monitoring Device, and Vandalism.
Felton is 36-years-old. He is 5’11”, 160 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes.
A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
