Flames through a "large three-story residence" on Audubon Street Thursday morning.
"The New Orleans Fire Department received a 911 call reporting a fire in an occupied dwelling," Captain Edwin Holmes said in a news release.
The call came in at 10:45am at 624 Audubon St.
"The first NOFD unit arrived on the scene at 10:50 a.m. and was met with a large three-story residence with smoke and fire emanating from a third-floor window in the front of the home."

He says everyone got out safely before firefighters got there.
"Taking into account the size of the home and the close proximity of other large occupied residences, a second alarm was requested."
Sixteen NOFD units with 48 NOFD personnel brought the blaze under control at 11:22am.
"No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation."
