Twin brothers and one other person face charges in the murder of a John Ehret High School student Monday morning.
Eighteen-year-olds Daveon and Davon Gilmore were booked along with a 17-year-old in the killing of 16-year-old Ahmad Howard. Authorities are not identifying the juvenile suspect.
Howard was on his way to his bus stop when he was shot to death around 7:30 a.m. Monday. Witnesses were able to give a description and deputies stopped a vehicle on Lapalco Blvd. The sheriff says they recovered a rifle that matched the description of the weapon used to kill Howard.
