Just after 2am this morning, a man and an 18-year-old woman were shot by a pair of suspects near the intersection of Bourbon and Canal Street.
Both victims were transported to a hospital by EMS.
NOPD says the two suspects drew down on each other and ended up shooting to the two bystanders on the street.
