NOPD wants to question two women in French Quarter robbery investigation

The New Orleans Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two individuals identified as persons of interest in connection with an Armed Robbery in the French Quarter.

Police say it happened on February 11, in the 200 block of Royal Street.


An NOPD report says throughout the course of the investigation, Eighth District detectives developed the pictured individuals, 34-year-old Nortisa Bowens and 38-year-old Kendra Charles as persons of interest.

Bowens and Charles are not sought on criminal charges at this time. However, detectives feel that they may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview them.
