The New Orleans Police Department needs your help locating the owner of a white van wanted in connection with illegal dumping of tires New Orleans East.
The suspect van was allegedly seen multiple times being used to dump tires at multiple locations in the East
Through investigation, the van has been identified as a white 2007 Ford E-250 with Louisiana license plate 664EQM.
A further search revealed the vehicle to be registered to a subject named Malcolm Ballard
