An inmate at Orleans Parish Jail finds himself re-arrested after threatening to kill President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and former President Donald Trump.

Philadelphia resident Shaun Chapman, 23, was booked on the additional charges if threatening public officials and terrorizing.

Chapman, who suffers from bipolar disorder, was initially arrested for attempted kidnapping and aggravated assault.

This stems from a run-in at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in December.

Chapman allegedly held three people at knifepoint at the hotel’s bar.

He is reported to have pulled a knife on a man at a bus stop and a security guard and forcing them into the hotel.

Chapman also allegedly threatened a hotel bartender.

At a bond hearing, attorney’s for Chapman said he was diagnosed with bipolar depression and off his meds.

His bond was set for $100,000 and added another $40,000 related to the new charges.

The Times-Picayune/New Orleans Advocate reports Chapman didn’t contain his threats to the Presidents and Vice President.

He also said he would blow up every federal building in Philadelphia, kill House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, and two Pennsylvania federal judges.
