It’s bad enough New Orleans has a car burglary problem.
It’s worse when the alleged burglars are armed and are known to use their weapons.
But it adds insult to injury when the supposed bad guys are tooling around in a stolen Jaguar.
New Orleans Police need the public’s help in slamming the brakes on these reported ne’er-do-wells.
The car in question is a black 2012 Jaguar X-Type sedan, Louisiana license plate number 843 CEZ.
The alleged criminals using it are said to be armed, having flashed a gun during one car burglary, and opened fire on a victim during another.
NOPD is seeking assistance in locating the vehicle and its occupants in the investigation of multiple recent vehicle burglary incidents throughout the city, including at least one involving an aggravated assault.
Anyone with information about where this vehicle is or the people who allegedly took it, and using it to commit auto-burglaries, is urged to anonymously contact Crimestoppers at 877-903-STOP.
