The wet weekend has caused some schedule changes for events planned to celebrate the inauguration of Mayor-Elect Helena Moreno.
The Culture Festival moves to Sunday, January 11, noon to 5pm.
Followed by a mass at St. Louis Cathedral at 5pm which will also be livestreamed.
And the community Day of Service rescheduled to MLK Day.
