New Orleans Police detectives are investigating a carjacking that happened early Saturday in the St. Bernard area.
According to police, a woman had just drove up to her home in the 4100 block of St. Bernard, of Harrison Ave. As she was getting out of her car, another woman exited a dark-colored sedan and demanded the victim's keys.
When she refused, police say two men then got out of the sedan and began shooting at the woman.
Police say the woman then ran inside her home.
