A woman was shot to death in Terrytown and now the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office investigates.
According to a JPSO report, it happened at around 10:30 pm on Sunday night.
“Deputies were dispatched to a report of a shooting in the 300 block of Friedrichs Rd. They located a female victim inside a vehicle that was parked outside of a residence. She was suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene,” said the police report.
There is no suspect or motive information available for release at this time.
