Investigators are working a homicide in the parking lot of a Harvey apartment complex Monday evening.
An initial report from police says, "At around 6:15 pm, deputies were dispatched to a call for medical assistance in the 1500 block of West Chelsea Road. Upon arriving, they found an unresponsive female in the parking lot of an apartment complex. The victim was suffering from a neck injury and was pronounced dead on the scene."
