The Green Wave fell despite beating Florida Atlantic 24-8.
Georgia remains atop the poll, but there were a few changes in the top 10.
Michigan fell from two to three after only beating Maryland by a touchdown.
Ohio State moved up a spot to number two behind a 37 - 3 win over Minnesota.
