Breaking news from the Iron Range where as many as 20 school children have been taken to the hospital after a school bus crash this morning.
CBS 3 in Duluth reports that St. Louis County Sheriff Gordon Ramsay says the crash happened on Town Line Road and Highway 5, between Hibbing and Cherry, causing the bus to roll.
Ramsay says they are considering it a “mass casualty” situation, with many injured kids but no known fatalities at this time.
It's unknown exactly how may students have been taken to the hospital.
The bus is from the St. Louis County School District. It's also unclear how old the kids on the bus were.
