Police in South Dakota said they were notified Friday night about a rowdy and unmanageable woman, Mistie Justice Watkins, exposing herself to other passengers on the plane at Rapid City Regional Airport, according to the Rapid City Journal.
Responding officers said they could smell the alcohol emanating from her person as they told her they would escort her off the plane for being disruptive.
But when authorities tried to remove the 41-year-old Daytona Beach Shores woman, they say she pulled away and kicked an officer.
Watkins appeared in court Monday, held on several cash-only bonds. She also faces a charge of unlawful occupancy for attempting to remain on the aircraft after authorities demanded she exit.
It's unclear which airline was operating the flight.
The Federal Aviation Administration has investigated more than 3,600 complaints of unruly passengers this year. Most of them have been mask-related.
