Court documents amended last week revealed a Texas police department refusing to provide requested aid during a dangerous situation on the road last October, even while other jurisdictions responded.

The incident in question involved supporters of then-President Donald Trump harassing a campaign bus for then-candidate Joe Biden. Transcriptions of 911 calls were added to the official court documents, according to the Texas Tribune.

The passengers on the Biden bus, a group that included former Texas state senator Wendy Davis, have filed a pair of lawsuits over the dangerous high-speed harassment – one against the drivers in the caravan and one against the San Marcos Police Department over their refusal to respond.

The incident was called in by uninvolved drivers on the road that day who witnessed it as well as by passengers on the Biden bus.

“Despite these multiple calls for help from Plaintiffs and others, for the roughly 30 minutes it took to drive through San Marcos on the main highway that runs through it, there were no officers from San Marcos or any other police cars in sight—not on the I-35 exit or entrance ramps, nor on either side of the highway,” the court documents read, according to the Tribune.

The allegations go so far as to include that San Marcos police “private laughed” and “joked about the victims and their distress.”

At the time of the incident, Trump himself retweeted video evidence of the incident, remarking, “I LOVE TEXAS!” That tweet is currently unavailable to see as Trump’s account was banned by Twitter.
