A man from Michigan was charged on Sunday with making threats to kill President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and other senior government officials on social media.

Court documents show that 49-year-old Russell Warren of Prudenville, Michigan, made social media posts on X threatening numerous officials and notable figures.

Among those to be threatened by Warren include journalists, former members of the Trump administration, every 2024 presidential candidate, celebrities, and other politicians.

He also threatened to destroy notable locations like the Smithsonian museums, Disney theme parks, One World Trade Center, Mount Rushmore, and more.

Warren’s account on X was still public on Monday but has since been taken down. The account’s posts were reported on by The Hill. The outlet shared that on Friday and Saturday, he listed dozens of people he would kill in his “Operation Vengeance” while describing himself as “a lamb of god.”

After the threats were made against Biden, the U.S. Secret Service stepped in, identifying Warren via his IP address. He was arrested on Monday, according to court documents.

Warren does have a record, having faced charges of assault with a deadly weapon in 2022.

He is now scheduled to make his next court appearance on Friday.
