If you plan to do any Black Friday shopping bring an umbrella as a cold front moves in bringing heavy rainstorms.

WWLTV’s Meteorologist Dave Nussbaum says, “Friday morning starts out pretty quiet with a few stray showers and dense fog for Black Friday shoppers as the front lifts north as a warm front over SE Louisiana. Then the heavy rain and storms return in the afternoon and continues into tonight. Some of the storms could be strong to possibly severe with gusty winds and large hail. The Storm Prediction Center has most of SE Louisiana in a Level 1 Marginal Risk. It will be a warm and humid day with high temperatures in the upper 70s. Tonight will be cloudy with scattered showers and some downpours.
Lows in the lower to mid 60s.”
