The City of New Orleans is warning people that streets could flood this evening.
"There is a considerable threat of flash flooding in Orleans Parish. Limit travel until weather improves. Do not drive through flooded roadways," NOLA Ready said in an alert.
Officials say heavy rain could cause street flooding.
"Neutral ground parking allowed until July 10 at 8 AM."
