The final weekend of 2025 will be warm and muggy.
"It's going to be a very warm and humid day, with partly cloudy skies," said WWL-TV meteorologist Alexa Trischler. "Temperatures will get to near 80 degrees this afternoon."
Alexa says visibility will be limited in mornings and evenings.
"We'll likely have some more dense fog late tonight through tomorrow morning, so drive carefully," she said.
By early Tuesday morning, frigid weather returns to end the year.
