"Surprise...more rain Friday," WWL TV meteorologist Payton Malone forecasts. "We'll see more scattered storms through the afternoon. Downpours will be likely with any of the heavy storms, so we'll watch for localized flooding.”
He says the pattern is slightly drier on Saturday with hit or miss storms.
“Sunday the chance for rain ramps up some with another dose of deep tropical moisture moving in.”
Malone says expect more of the same next week with scattered storms around mainly in the daytime hours.
