The weekend started humid but fall is coming back, honest.
"It's a warm Saturday, but that's about to change as our next strong cold front moves in," said WWL-TV meteorologist Alexa Trischler.
"We'll see clearing skies, more sunshine by the afternoon. High temperatures can still make it to the lower 80s," Alexa said, "We'll turn breezy later on today and much cooler tomorrow: Sunday, high temperatures will be only in the lower 70s."
The autumn weather lasts well into the work week with highs not forecast to get out of the 70s through Wednesday.
