On Record Store Day Saturday, April 18th, we’ll play some of the greatest album sides ever released from Noon to 7pm with our Album Sides Saturday.
While scouring through vinyl at record stores, look for exclusive pieces played on WXRT over the last 50 years. We have placed these in record stores all across Chicago. See the list of participating record stores and the list of WXRT albums at each store below. These albums include notes from XRT personalities and the markings of when they were played. Own a piece of XRT history for a suggested donation of $20. Your donation will benefit The Lin Brehmer Scholars Fund. One piece of XRT classic vinyl per person.
