Police in Eau Claire will not say who the suspect is.
However, police do say they received reports of someone in a sedan with flashing lights trying to pull motorists over.
On February 26th, Eau Claire Police pulled the suspected sedan over, searched it, and found a replica Chicago Police Department badge and a pistol-style BB gun.
The suspect was arrested for allegedly impersonating a peace officer.
