(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — In a letter to Chicago Bears season ticket holders, President Kevin Warren would be going up anywhere from 6% – 11%, with an average price hike of 8%.

That's a greater increase than the last time prices went up in 2022, when the Bears raised them an average of 6% and added a ninth regular season home game in the process.

This year, there will only be eight regular season home games, because the Bears will serve as the home team for a game in London.

In 2024, the Bears will host the following teams at Soldier Field: the Detroit Lions, the Green Bay Packers, the Minnesota Vikings, the Los Angeles Rams, the Seattle Seahawks, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Tennessee Titans, the Carolina Panthers and the New England Patriots.

The Bears' opponent for the London game has not yet been named.

Chicago went 7-10 in 2023 and have had only one playoff victory in the past 10 years.
