CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Attention craft beer lovers, you are not going to want to miss this event at Lincoln Park Zoo on Saturday.
Lincoln Park Zoo announced that their fan favorite event, Craft Brews, returns for a sixth year on Saturday with strict safety guidelines in place.

Guests ages 21 and older can savor a selection of more than 150 craft beers and ciders at this one-of-a-kind, after-hours experience. Tasting stations will be set up throughout the zoo and attendees can also enjoy food for purchase, music, lawn games, and spotting animals of all sorts.
“Calling all beer connoisseurs and lovers, this is the perfect evening for you,” said Director of Events and Marketing Stephanie Foster. “Every sip helps support Lincoln Park Zoo’s world-class animal care, global conservation initiatives, and innovative learning programs”.

Lincoln Park Zoo said they are following all city and state safety recommendations. Safety protocols include an indoor face mask requirement and social distancing. Additionally, the zoo will post safety signage and have increased handwashing stations and sanitation.
Tickets are available online. General admission tickets ($55) include 20 3 oz. tasting tickets and one souvenir tasting glass. Those who want an extra hour to enjoy the event can purchase an Early Access ticket ($65) that includes the same as the general admission ticket, but allows entry an hour earlier at 5 p.m. Designated driver tickets are $20 and include entry to Lincoln Park Zoo during the event. Designated Driver tickets do not include tasting tickets and ticket holders will not be served alcohol.
The Craft Brews event runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18.
