(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The city of Evanston is once again looking for a city manager.

Interim City Manager Kelley Gandurski is leaving the job next month. It's a job she's only had since October.

She had been filling in after the previous city manager resigned in the wake of an investigation. It centered on the handling of sexual assault allegations involving lakefront park personnel.

Since that resignation, Evanston has searched twice for a permanent city manager, unsuccessfully. The Daily Northwestern reports the city spent about $95,000 on those searches.

Mayor Daniel Biss says there will be a town hall meeting on July 12 that will outline the process for the next search.
