
CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A man was arrested Wednesday night on the Near North Side for allegedly punching people at random on the street.
The attacks happened around 6 p.m. at the corner of Clark and Division outside the Jewel-Osco and near the entrance to the Red Line station. Police say the man grabbed a 29-year old woman and punched her in the face.
He then hit a 32-year old woman knocking her to the ground and then kicking her. When he tried to punch a 32-year old man, the man dodged the punch. Police showed up and arrested the attacker. He’s not yet been charged.
